Welcome to our homestay! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please review our Terms & Conditions below. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

Advance Payment: A 40% advance payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm and block your stay dates.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, and Cash only.
Balance Payment: The remaining 60% balance must be paid prior to or upon check-in.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in: No refund will be issued.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 1:00 PM (13:00)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Guest Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification for all guests must be presented upon arrival at check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval by the host.

4. House Rules & Guest Conduct

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No loud music, outdoor speakers, or disruptive noise is allowed during quiet hours to respect the peaceful surroundings.

Furniture & Property Care
Indoor Items: Indoor furniture, mattresses, and beddings must remain inside the building at all times.
If you require additional outdoor seating, extra blankets, or other items, please inform the host, and we will be happy to assist or arrange them for you.

Waste Management & Cleanliness
We take environment and waste separation seriously. Dedicated bins are provided on the property for different types of waste. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of garbage in the appropriate bins.Pets
We are a pet-friendly homestay! However, prior notification is mandatory before bringing pets. Please contact us in advance to discuss guidelines for bringing your pet.

5. Kitchen & Meal Timings

Kitchen services and meal preparation are available during designated hours:
Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Specific timings can be customized with prior notice to the host.

6. Liability & Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to property, fixtures, or amenities during their stay.
The host assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings during their stay.
